Refund & Delivery Policy

At Islamise, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with every purchase. This policy outlines our standards for product delivery, returns, and refunds.

1. Delivery Timeline

We aim to deliver your physical products as safely and efficiently as possible. Our standard delivery timelines are as follows:

• Inside Dhaka: Delivery within 5 working days.
• Outside Dhaka: Delivery within 10 working days.

Please note that unforeseen circumstances or public holidays may occasionally cause slight delays, but we will always keep you informed.

2. Return Policy

If you are not entirely satisfied with your physical purchase, we are here to help. To be eligible for a return:

• Your request must be initiated within 7 days of receiving the item.
• The item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.
• You must provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

3. Refund Policy & Timeline

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you regarding the status of your refund. If your return is approved:

• We will initiate a refund to your original method of payment (or via an agreed-upon alternative, such as mobile banking/bKash).
• The standard timeline for processing refunds is 7 to 10 working days from the date of approval.

4. Non-Refundable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned or refunded. These include:

• Digital downloads, courses, or subscription services once accessed.
• Donations (Sadaqah/Zakat) once processed to the beneficiary.
• Items marked as final sale or clearance.

5. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us immediately upon receipt with photographic evidence. We will arrange for a replacement or a full refund, including any return shipping costs incurred by you.
